Christopher Rooney
Managing Director
Chris began his career as a plumbing, heating, and gas engineer, building a strong technical foundation within the construction and housing sector. He later moved into property investment and development, specialising in the acquisition and refurbishment of below-market-value properties, transforming them into high-quality, energy-efficient homes for first-time buyers, families, and housing associations.
Through managing multiple projects simultaneously, Chris developed robust project management and delivery strategies, consistently completing schemes on time and within budget. In 2017, he founded Quinntana Group as a development-led business focused on new-build projects within the social and affordable housing sector.
With over eight years’ experience in this specialist field and more than 15 years across the wider housing industry, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of housing delivery from concept through to completion. He has worked closely with housing associations, local authorities, NHS Integrated Care Boards, and care providers to deliver general needs, retirement living, extra care, and specialist supported housing schemes.
This depth of experience underpins the ethos of RSR Build Group, enabling the team to efficiently source, design, and deliver housing schemes that meet the exact requirements of their partners.

A strong focus on customer experience has been central to his success, ensuring every project is delivered with meticulous attention to detail, transparent communication, and a consistent dedication to client satisfaction.
Building on the expertise and industry knowledge gained through EveryTrade, Chris has brought his leadership and experience to RSR Build Group. His ambition is to establish the business as a trusted construction partner for homeowners, developers, landlords, housing providers, property managers, local authorities and care providers. delivering projects across property refurbishments, retrofit upgrades, and new-build construction

Alex Riddick

Alex began his career in the construction industry as an electrician, where he quickly developed a strong interest in property investment. He went on to establish Emperor Homes, a property investment and development company specialising in high-end student accommodation across Liverpool. Over the past decade, Alex has played a key role in elevating the Liverpool student housing market, delivering high-quality, stylish homes and consistently pushing boundaries within the sector.
As a leader of RSR Build Group, Alex provides clear vision and principled leadership, underpinned by extensive experience running successful businesses across the construction industry. He is widely recognised for his commitment to quality, attention to detail, and high professional standards. Alex takes a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring each one meets the exacting expectations and values of RSR Build Group.
